Bed Bugs

Bed bugs are a rapidly spreading problem in the U.S. and internationally.  Bed bug bites can be itchy and painful and may cause allergic reactions.   If you suspect you have a bedbug infestation, you should contact a professional pest control person immediately.

Bed bugs are very difficult to remove from your house.  They tend to live in and around your bed including behind youe backboard, on side tables, around bed frames, under carpeting or in your mattress.  At night, the bedbugs come into your bed to feed.  A pest control professional will typically treat a whole room.  Active mattress liners may be an important part of the treatment package and may reduce call backs for the pest control person by killing bed bugs in the mattress -- especially in the hard to treat places like the mattress piping.
